Core Clean Package
Our cleaning packages start with the standard ‘Core Clean’ service. Carried out on a daily basis by our professionally trained employees, this covers the basics of a thorough clean of premises, including kitchens and toilets.
Made to Measure Health and Hygiene Package
We can offer a high quality, bespoke Health and Hygiene Package tailored to suit your company profile. We provide cleaning packages for all types of businesses and include specialist cleaning services for residential homes and food production facilities.
On Demand Deep Clean Package
You can also rely on us for one off ‘on demand’ deep cleaning tasks, perfect following building works or unexpected events such as floods or damage. Our ‘on demand’ service is aimed at getting your business operation back up and running as soon as possible.
Periodic Cleans and Extras
Individual or multiple periodic services can be added to either standard Core Clean or Health and Hygiene Packages. Depending on your requirements we can supply extra services for:
- Steam cleaning of carpets
- Extraction carpet cleaning
- Steam cleaning of kitchens
- High level clean (above 2m)
- 15-minute individual workstation clean, minimising bacteria, and germs
Empty Property Cleaning
Our Empty Property Cleaning service ensures any homes or accommodation you own, manage or maintain will be prepared after your tenants departure. The empty property clean includes:
- A total sweep through and removal of general litter and debris
- Removal of carpet backing from floor surfaces
- Hygienic clean to kitchen and bathrooms
- Mopping of all hard floor surface areas
- Wiping down paint work
- Supplying air fresheners
To compliment Empty Property Cleaning, our Property Maintenance department can also offer decorating, plumbing and electrical repairs.
Window Cleaning
Our experienced teams can offer all types of window cleaning including high level, difficult access and routine internal and external cleaning.
Wood & Wood Type Floor Restoration
We can undertake complete restoration to all your wood or wood type floors (including Granwood). This includes floor sanding and the application of three coats of high quality seal.
An alternative package offered is floor screening and re-sealing, ideal for floors with minimal build up of old seals and polish.
To ensure durability of the floor, we can provide your Building Manager with an after care maintenance programme.
From experience, we also advise a follow up package (after 12 to 18 months) to screen back the floor and apply two coats of seal.
