Wholemeal flour is used in our bread, cookies, pizza bases, wraps, pastry and whole-wheat pasta in lasagne and spaghetti. Semi-skimmed milk is used for cooking and we only use tuna fish in brine.
All foods are oven baked, not fried, except for chips (available once a week). Non fried potato options are also on offer. At least two, low fat fillings are available daily for sandwiches, salads or jacket potatoes.‘Meal Deals’ are available daily.
