This guide explains what information Solutions SK Ltd makes routinely available, how it can be accessed and whether or not a charge will be made for it.

The Publication Scheme contains 7 classes of information - some of the information falling in each of these cases is published on our website and can be accessed using the links on the following pages. All informatino published on the website can be accessed free of charge.

There is addictional information that is made available by the company bit not published on the website. Where this is the case we have explained how this information can be accessed.

Classess of information

The company offers advice and assistance to anybody who wishes to make a request for information. The company is committed to dealing with requests within the statutory timescales of no more than 20 working days. This can be extended in specific circumstances on legal advice. However, the company is committed to providing a prompt service. The company will claim exemptions as appropriate whilst maintaining a commitment to openness, scrutiny and the public interest. Where appropriate, requests in writing will be treated as Freedom of Information requests. There is no need for requests to indicate they are made under the Act. The company reserves the right to refuse requests where the cost of supply of the information would exceed the statutory maximum (currently £450).
