£8.57 per hour - Term Time Only (pay rise pending)

Solutions SK Ltd is a diverse organisation providing a variety of frontline operational services that include property maintenance, security services, catering, passenger and fleet management, as well as highway maintenance.

We require Cooks in Charge to work term time only over the lunchtime period in school locations across the borough.

You will be required to:

• Prepare and cook meals for children with special dietary needs
• Complete administrative procedure and paperwork related to catering requirements
• Supervise and organise catering staff employed in the kitchen
• Ensure all health and safety including hygiene guidelines are strictly adhered

You will have the opportunity to join a Pension Fund, full uniform is provided and you will also have the benefit of enjoying up to 20 days holiday per year.

If successful, you will be required to undertake a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check, a medical and also complete a satisfactory six month probationary period.
