Streetscene is a concept created by Stockport Council to provide a fully co-ordinated delivery of services within the street environment.

It provides technical and operational services in the following areas:

• Highways
• Drainage
• Winter Maintenance
• Streetscene Co-ordination
• Street Lighting
• The Sign Shop.

In addition to the above, Streetscene also provides operational support to:

• Highways Improvements
• Road Safety
• Traffic Management
• Car Parks
• Other public funded bodies
• and many other services provided by the Council.

Service users will benefit from an integrated and flexible approach to these services where traditional boundaries are removed.
